i have recently been diagnosed with copd and I have a puffer steriods and a blower to track my breathing levels. Going back to hospital soon to see if it has improved or not.
but my problem is we like holidays so would this problem cause me to have problems with travel insurance.
I have always declared it. If you do not and need to claim off your insurance, you may find that they will not pay out due to it being a pre-existing condition.
Hi if you are at the early stages it shouldn't affect you but you need to declare it on your insurance. If at a more severe stage you would probably need to pass a fit to fly test from your doctor before the airline would accept you.
