Hello
I have been off work for 2 weeks with Anxiety / stress and am due back 23/1/14 .
I am not really sure what to do next , I have felt slightly better being out of the work environment and have been using breathing exercises / relaxation techniques to help manage the problem but I am worried that when I return to work all the previous problems will return. I need to work and although stressful actually enjoy my job so I don't think changing my job would help . My worst fear is the return of waking up in the middle of the night in absolute panic and subsequent lack of sleep which is what was the main problem before .
Any advise from people with who have had similar issues would be greatly received.
