The symptoms started around a month ago after my ex told me to get checked for a STI ( I was getting clear / milky discharge from my penis ).
I took a sti test which came up negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea so guessing it must be a NGU so took a weeks worth of Doxycyline which I thought cleared it up as the discharge stopped ( and the pain) but 2 week after I finished the treatment l started to get lower back pains and the discharge has returned.
Is it worth trying the doxycyline again or Azithromycin ?
Cant get to a clinic for atleast a month .
