Hi all, I had been on 10mg of cit and just upped my dose yesterday to 20mg and felt quite weak all day and as I finally fell asleep only slept one hour and woke up sweaty and with so much anxiety. I'm so nervous not sure if I should go to the ER as I was just there this past Saturday. I had sudden chest pains before I fell asleep too. Lasted about 5 mins or less. Is all this normal? Am I going to be okay. I'm all alone and so worried scared. Sleepless in Texas, CMar xx
Hello, I think because you have upped the dose from 10mg to 20mg your having more side effects. It should settle in a day or two. If your still woried have a word with a pharmasist who will put your mind at rest.

i have the same feeling. but i know its not my heart for i have been in allot to hopsital for the same feeling. heart is ok, just the pill is causeing the side affects.i cut the pill in half. not too bad but will take longer to get thou my body. i try to keep my mind busy with something like x box or a game or read a news paper watch t v to put my mind off of the side effects
Yes all text book side effects, if possible walking , cycling, swimming will keep you distracted, and help your recovery 20 mins at a time is plenty, and you'll be surprised at how well you feel after

I tried keeping busy by organising my room but even that exertion gave me chest pain so I freaked out and stopped. I don't know if I should push through the pain or what to do. Cardiologists said my heart is healthy. So confused.
