I know we've written much about this topic!
But, has anyone found any natural remedy/supplement which works.
I seem to be having a fairly easy time, in comparison with some of the poor women on the forum, but do suffer from insomnia, and the hot sweats in bed don't help. They come and go quickly but are disturbing.
During daytime, if I get nervy/anxious, I suddenly get a sweat, for again a couple of minutes, no other side affects.
I take Starflower, Omega 3, 200g Chelated Magnesium at night. Also the odd Kalm if anxious!
It says on Kalms packaging that it is supposed to help with menopause symptoms! I probably don't take enough to see...
