Okay...I was thinking perimenopausal, but you are WAY too young for that unless you have had a hysterectomy....then it could be related to hormones.
Hi Samantha, I have the same thing at night too. It's one of the many side effects but does calm down after a while

It just gradually disappears alongside the other side effects and then you realise you feel normal again. I was on them for nine months last time, I'm only two weeks in this time. Good luck and keep checking this forum, it's great for reassurance.

Are you taking Cit for anxiety, depression, or both? Have you had any relief yet?

Yes it is, they should start to decrease in severity over time until you start to feel good for an hour, a couple of hours, a day and then you gradually feel your old self
