Guys what is it with nighttime! That seems to be when my palpitations are at there worded! To the point where I'm only getting a couple of hours sleep! I took some propanalol 20mg a couple of hours before bed to see if that helped and as soon as it hit it's half life boom I was woken up with my heart racing and that was me awake panicking for hours! Anyone else have this or have any ideas?
Hi. I am 21 and on propanolol 20mg once daily in the morning and Lisoprine 5mg. I had a bad episode of panic attack and anxiety that contributed to my high blood pressure. Now I am more calm than ever and will slowly back away from the drugs.
I think you should do an ECG and Echo test first. If it comes out good, palpitations and a racing heart are signs of anxiety.
Then, continuous episode of Anxiety and Panic attack automatically creates an anxious brain.
I get this most nights I take propanorol 3 times a day for them and propanorol can cause bad dreams for weeks I would wake up with racing heart like going crazy fast was horrible now I just get the odd palp when chilling or doing something horrible I hate them
