Hi, I can feel like my body is being to cool some parts of it is hot, some parts of it is warm some parts of it cold like I got no blood Lol strange anyone relate to this I guess it's Anxiety tomorrow another day so probably go back hot.
Hi Maria, can't believe you posted exactly how I've felt for the last 2 nights in a row, I'm not sure if I'm coming down with true chills from maybe flu (because it's going around) or if I'm having menopause cold flashes.. They start in the middle of my back and run down my arms and go to top of my head, causing me to absolutely freeze, and nothing warms me up.. All night they stayed with me .. Gone during the day so far.. Waiting to see if they return tonight ugh!!! How do your cold spells feel, where do they start at on you?
Hi Maria, I had exactly the same over last winter......very hot, but not sweaty face, and freezing cold down my back, like ice cold water running down me. I just said my internal thermostat had gone wonky! At one point I was given beta blockers to reduce the heat in my face! It's just another menopause symptom unfortunately. Try using a hot water bottle at your back....I couldn't move without my hot water bottle as the shivers,then the shakes took over my life. I no longer have these symptoms so they do go eventually. I experienced this yesterday, I was inside with the heating on but couldn't stop shivering, it was only when I held my children and they were warm that I realised it was me....Hands were like ice, and I had bad nausea, which I've had for the past fortnight - then later in the evening my face has a hot flush, but my hands were still cold...all these symptoms are driving me crazy, seeing my gp on money to discuss getting some treatment
