No BV or yeast issues for a year

Hi everybody! Up until a year ago, I suffered from chronic BV (2 years) and yeast infections (10 years). I've tried literally everything and did so much reading and research, even exchanging emails with the author of a book about gut fermentation and dysbiosis. I put together a video about my struggle, research, and final recovery. I've had positive feedback so far from fellow sufferers on this forum who have watched the video. Hi Jen! I'm not sure how to private message you either. I'm not getting an option to do so when I click on your name. If you go to Youtube and type Ongoing BV and Yeast Infections No More, you should get the video. Good luck!
