My daughter is 19 and stopped her birth control pills 3 months ago. She had one cycle about 5 weeks after stopping the pills, but its been 2 months and she's had no cycle and no symptoms of a cycle approaching. How long does it take for cycles to regulate if nothing else is wrong, after stopping bc pills? I worry because I took bc pills from ages 17-19 and after I stopped the pills because I was married and wanted to start a family, I never had another cycle for 8yrs. But found out about a year after no cycles, that I had increased prolactin levels and had a microadenoma of the pituitary. Can't help but to worry about her.
