No energy

Hi. I need help. I have no energy for about two weeks. I go to sleep at 1am and wake up at 9am, go to have breakfast (eggs, healthy pancakes, yogurt) and after it i go straight to the bed because I'm so tired and sleep for next 4 hours. Then my mom wakes me up for lunch( probably vegetables with meat or fish...) and I maybe have some more energy but only for an hour and then I'm tired again but I exercise for about 40-60mins but I'm extra tired after it. I spend my time in my bed and don't go anywhere out bc I want to loose weight and I'm ashamed to go out in bikini or shorts in front of my friends. But I don't think I'm in depression and I think that I eat enough food. I'm 16yo, 157cm and 57kg. What should I do to have more energy like I used to have?

Have you gotten any blood tests done? I used to be very fatigued and my cause was vitmain D deficiency. A simple blood test can cause this. Also, B-12 vitamin deficicency can cause fatigue as well. There are a lot of viruses that could cause fatigue but it doesnt sound like you have any other symptoms other than that so try working out lightly. Even if it is just for a jog and lay out in the sun to soak up the vitmain D. I hope you feel better soon! BTW, im not a docor in any way shape or form lol

Probably you are suffering from anaemia.
