No let up with anxiety

no medication at the moment.  I am jaw clenching and have constant chest tiightness.

anxiety through the roof especially in the morning

Acupuncture..Yoga..Meditation..Eat Healthy..Don't drink or smoke. Also magnesium is good for muscles/anxiety. Good luck

have you run out or just stopped voluntarily?

There are some fabulous meditation videos on YouTube chick. For mind,body and soul. They help push them positive messages into our mind when we are not strong enough to do it for ourselves. I swear by them for relaxation. 

I know sometimes it's hard to focus when anxiety is high so I'm not even going to suggest reading or anything like that to distract yourself because I know it's impossible for me at times.
