Heavens Andrea, I do that all the time! There's many an episode of midsommer murders I've feel asleep half way through only to never have found out to this day who the murderer was!! Regards, Christina
Joined that club - why - do you know how to leave it?
Do it regularly - great isn't it -feel refreshed
You must be joking! There are 1069 people in the PMR group. I bet there are at least 1000 who do that!!!ππ΄π΄π΄
Love it, its the only time I get a decent sleep but just can't get enough of it. Just enjoy it and do not worry. Dave
Only that many??????????
always and if i have been out shopping or walking, thats me for the rest of the day and night.
Actually, got it wrong. 1096. Short time memory goingππ. Still, over 1000!
You are definitely not alone. Our bodies love to napππ΄π΄
Yes - I think I have heard of that happening - ZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz !!
have GCA and I nod off all the time. pretty hilarious.
have GCA - wake up constantly not realising that I've been asleep!! Just enjoy it![]()
Yes.
I did it before PMR too.
I mentioned I keep falling asleep without realising I'm even tired. I said "it's like having narcolepsy" and my GP said 'did you drive here?' so I said 'yes' and he said 'stop driving. You're dangerous! He gets very angry when I use medical terms when I'm not medically qualified!
"power nap" when we do it deliberately. Very refreshing.
Polyphasic sleep when we go through full sleep cycle more than once per 24 hours.
I thought tv was designed to make me fall asleep .....
Snap
I learned the hard way to set the recorder when I started to watch something and wanted to see the end. Brilliant.
I now get to watch 'who dunnit' and then end of movies.
Best sleeping tablet out is the TV and it comes with no side effects.
i fell asleep driving home from work in the car last year...a tractor had pulled a garden fence out all across the road on a bend and i drove into the debris which woke me up... it was a very scary experience! car was wrecked and so was my confidence. have never done that before or since but i do seem to fall asleep during TV programmes now.
Yes, every evening when I watch a movie on TV (Netflix).... I get a.really tired feeling, and I nod off for a few minutes. It is either AGE or PMR.
Of course, I take several short naps during the day in addition......maybe about 4.
Good thing, I am retired!
