I have found what feels like a very small nodule inside my penis. I find it in the center and feels like possibly the urethra or at least centered there. It doesn’t hurt and I have no issues urinating or ejaculated. But when erect, the lump feels larger mid shaft and on the under side of the penis. I am setting up an appointment with my urologist, but could really use some peace of mind. Does anyone have any knowledge of this? Thanks.

I had the same problem. It felt like there is a ball on the side of the penis in tube. I talked to my Urologist and he told me what it was cause by but I forgot some. I can still feel it but it does not bother me at all.
Please go and your doctor should be able to tell you what it is.
