Nodules

Hello guys, i have a problem. I have limph nodes palpable everywhere(neck,ear,submandibular,axial) frome 4 yrs.They are small but why are there?Last year i make my analyzes and was good, the docotor say ,,you don t have to worry" ,i show him only the back of the ear lymph nodes because there they are the most visible. I am scared because could hide something this lymph nodes.The biggest is in my neck almost 2.5 cm,and the others have 1 cm max including the back of the ear nodes

yes, i have 20 years and i have this ganglions from 15-16

I am sure the doctor will let you know if the nodes are an issue, its possible to have them removed surgically, but it will cost alot of money.

Doctor says do not worry, i would take their advice.
