Non alcoholic wine? Okay or not okay?

Just found out I have a fatty pancreas -still unsure what that means exactly and waiting to hear back from the endocrinologist or gastroenterologist because the PA at my GP's office knew nothing.  It is mildly fatty, but I want to keep it from getting worse.  I am done with alcohol although I never drank a lot, just 3 glass of wine on a Friday night.  However, I am wondering if non alcoholic wine is okay.  Some is alcohol free - zero alcohol, and other is .5 alcohol as compared to 13 to 16 % in  regular wine.  It's basically fermented juice.  But does anyone know if that's considered safe for the pancreas?

I’d stick to the completely alcohol free one if you have any pancreas issues but in my experience they taste rank so I avoided them all together! Now I’ve recovered from my pancreatic cancer, I’m allowed a glass of real wine now and again and it’s lovely. However, 1 glass occasionally is enough - my new plumbing doesn’t put up with any more than that! Luckily there’s a lot of good non-alcoholic drinks around that aren’t too sweet - that’s the big challenge. Can’t bear sweet drinks.

The one called Fre wine says the alcohol in it is the equivalent of a glass of orange juice left out over night.  But I will search for something like sparking cider.  But I agree most are too sweet!
