I've been reading alot of thing on this website about neads and people say there doctors are losing interest, so far this hasnt happened to me and hopefull won't because I won't to be able to live my life and not having attacks.

Unfortunately doctors don't consider NES to be a "valid" medical condition and therefore they dismiss it. They only want to help people with "real" valid medical conditions.
That isn't very far everyone needs help even if it isn't valid
Hi Sophie, it's not that they don't care it's just that they don't know anything about it. They really need funding to research the cause as it is unknown to them and as they don't know much about it, they can't treat you. Doctor's like to make people better, there is no known cure for NEAD so they can't help you.
