The area definitely looks infected.  Do you change your soap?  Possibly, that a different application of soap -or more frequent showers- make the "rash" go away.  I would try things to boost my immune system:  a good multi/vitamin supplement from the health food store.  Ask them what they recommend for the immune system boost.  Here in the U.S. we can buy a tincture called "Phytocillin" or "Deep Health" which is concentrated herbs known to improve the immune system.  It is made by a company called Herbs, Etc. - very inexpensive ($10/bottle which lasts 2 months).

You might want to try laying in the sun for 30 minutes to see if sunshine will dry out the infected pores.  If you have someone who can reach the back area, another option is "Ichthymol" ointment.  This is black, tarry salve, which has been around for a century to make boils go away.  Would have to put bandaids over it to keep it next to the skin.

A better idea might be to use "Tree Tea Oil" on the area.  This is anti-infective and might dry up the spots.  I would expect noticeable improvement in 3 days, if either of the above salves help.  As far as the tinctures, you may even notice improvement quickly also.

If none of the above works, can a dermatologist or general practitioner at least prescribe a broad-spectrum antibiotic?  They do this for acne - and it helps a lot.  I've seen tetracycline prescribed for acne.  Oh, yes, maybe simple benzyol perioxide applied to the skin would help.  Just throwing out things to try - all very helpful at clearing up skin problems.  Hope you get some relief soon.

PS - if it were a fungus, it would itch.

Hi Petania you say you have seen various doctors, have you seen a Dermatologist in amongst them?  Has anyone offered you antibiotics, such as Doxycycline, for it, or perhaps steroids?  It does look a little like acne.

What country are you in?
