December 2020- Diagnosed with High Risk HPV non 16/18 and Cin 2/3 March 2021- Cervical cryotherapy to treat Cin 2/3 May 2021- I started having thick white heavy discharge that is constant to where I have to wear a pad 24/7. This has been going on every single day since I stopped leaking from the Cryotherpy in May 2021 so for almost a year straight and no real solution or reason for this still happening. The Discharge sometimes burns, makes my vaginal opening always sore to the touch, I'm always uncomfortable, The discharge will dry overnight and form a crust on my vulva which then hurts, I can no longer have vaginal hair as the discharge crusts on it and makes my hair shafts painful. It also always dries yellow on my pad. The discharge never lets up, but it does change color and consistency throughout the month, Sometimes it looks like ive microwaved mayo and just poured it out, other times its clear and slimy and will literally when I use the restroom slowly come out and form one long giant strand from my vagina to the toilet water before it snaps off. The burning isnt always constant but comes and goes. It also mostly does not smell but at times will smell like vinager or something sour. My doctor has given me Diflucan which while actively taking the discharge goes away but within a few days of stopping it comes back full force. Same thing happens when I use Monistat. My doctor then tried Flagyl. This medicine only helped for a few days and then the discharge was back even while I continued the Flagyl perscription. I've then tried Boric Acid suppositories which again within a few days of stopping the medication the discharge has come back. I have also tried about 5 different brands of womens probiotics, Allergy medication to try and dry me up, Vagisil PH wash, I use fragrance free body wash, fragrance free detergent, I only wash the outside of my vagina with plain warm water. Always use a condom and pee and then shower after sex. I have been with the same man my boyfriend for almost 11 years. I have been given Swab/Blood STD tests all negative I have been given an infection swab panel all negative My follow up Pap Smear came back No HPV No CIN 2/3 I've also had my thyroid checked, Vitamin D levels, CBC, ANA blood work all normal. My Doctor has pretty much given up on helping me and said to find someone else to figure out my discharge issue. I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and what worked for you, or if you have any suggestions on what I could try next? I don't have insurance and all these tests and doctor visits having helped me none I dont really want to see a new doctor and waste even more money. Has anyone here tried like an at home Vaginal Microbiome test?
Hi, I’m sorry you are going through this. I’ve never heard anything like it. I understand it’s costly but you should really try to get an appointment in a vulvar clinic specialized in unusual cases. In the meantime, a naturopath can certainly advise you on tests and complementary treatment.

Your situation sounds really sad and unfortunate. After cryotherapy things can change but still your case still sounds way too extreme, especially the burning feeling you mentioned. Are you sure it isn’t some kind of infection/ std? Maybe someone could help with an image, if you are okay with it
