Happy Thanksgiving to all. This year, as last, I give many thanks to Prednisone. We curse it for all it's side effects but it lets many people lead a relatively normal, pain free life. I would like to thank the many regular contributers to this forum Eileen, Mrs O, Mrs G and many more. They usually make me smile, think or both.

Thank you Andrew - Happy Thanksgiving to you too. Now don't go eating too much turkey! or you might get :ill: There are no suitable emoticons - rats!

Hi Andrew and thank you and very happy Thanksgiving wishes to you, too :bubbly: . With regard to Eileen's reference to turkey :chick: (nearest I could find to a bird!!), if you read an earlier post today another well-wisher referred to it as being soporific so if you do over-indulge you should be in for a good sleep afterwards at least !

MrsO

Happy Thanks giving to you too

I have a friend who comes from Pitsburgh has lived here for a long time but she never fails to return home for the celebrations !!

Best wishes

Mrs G

Thank you Andrew you are so right. I have only been here a while but feel such a woose, feeling sorry for myself because i got the dreaded PMR etc . I will just have to try harder to adjust and accept the way things are.

I think the lack of sleep is sort of pulling me down a bit

Happy Thanksgiving to each and every one of you
