Normal hemoglobin but low MCV and MCH levels

Hey, Recently i did 3 CBC tests on with at least 3 months between them. but they all indicated a normal hemoglobin level which is 13.9g/dl, MCV level of 76.9fl and a MCH level of 25.5. Here is the latest CBC test that i did on 2/9/2023.

My doctor says it's normal but i think it isn't. I have common anaemia symptoms like pale skin, shortage of breath, weakness, fatigue... etc. Is it a serious matter and should i start seeing another doctor? Thanks in advance.
