So I've posted about this before, but I feel I need to again. I have these blood vessels on the underside of my penis around the frenulum that become redder when I masturbate more often. I thought they might be damage or burst blood vessels, but people who have that experience pain I have read, whereas I don't.
I've been to see my GP, but he seems to think it is normal for that area of the penis to become red during and following an erection. People on this site have told me the opposite though.
I just want opinions and to see if anyone else has the same thing.
What I am doing right now is not masturbating and just seeing what happens, but I just want to know if something is actually wrong.
I have attached 4 images, 2 showing when it is redder, and two when it is less red. I have also noticed that one side gets redder than the other.

I don’t know if this will change anyone’s opinion, but I have had balanitis in the past and used steroid creams on this area, I have also changed my diet recently and have cut out sugar (in excess) as I read that it damages blood vessels.
How long did your balanitis take to clear up?
Well, according to my doctor, I have several cases of it other my teenage years because I had a tight foreskin that took a while to retract and I didn’t really wash as regularly as I now know I should.
I’m not sure on actual days/weeks/months, because I never actual knew what was balanitis and what wasn’t, I just applied creams that I was told to.
Hope this is helpful
