is it true that most symptoms should be gone once you're in the normal range in all levels, or does it take being in your optimal level before all symptoms are gone? I'm confused!
Getting ALL my levels in the normal range was what was optimal for me. I think it would be important also to get levels of antibodies normalized.
Mine already were. All my levels were in the normal range except my TSH when this all began 4 months ago, including antibodies. I was diagnosed clinical hyper with multinodule goiter. Now, my TSH is at .86, but I still am not right. Hungry all the time, heart palps, don't sleep well, and anxiety. Someone told me that for some of us, things don't settle until you hit your optimal level - which for most, is around 1.4. Just wondering what others think.
I was exactly like you described it for the first week in being on tapazole and then they all went away. I get a little warmer here and there but nothing like before and definitely not hungry 24/7 anymore. My TSH is still not normal... I was at 0.01, not sure if it’s gone higher yet
