so the last 2 days I have had diarrhoea and weeing alot. Feeling really tired and have no motivation Body feels weak. My last period was 24th of may I have a cyst on my right ovary that has been painful the past couple of days Had headache,face ache & sinus issues and my right gland is up. Somebody please tell me these are all because of perimenopause because I'm feeling really crap right now 😔
I don’t know about the diarrhea , but I do have to pee a lot. I also feel so tired some days I don’t know how I will go on. Seems like there are very few days I have very much energy. I also get a lot of headaches. I don’t know if this is all peri or not, but I sure hope it goes away soon. Hang in there. Hopefully we will all start to feel human again soon. Hugs
