Ii all,
as title says i am not feeling to good at the moment. i have awful headaches, feeling sick, dizzy and have horrid hot flushes. does anyone else suffer from these.
i am on my bed at the moment as i feel safer there, going to watch Murrey play then i am going to take my meds then into bed for me. problem being i have told my grand daughters that i will do the school run in the morning so fingers crossed i will be able to do this as i dont want to dissapoint them as i cant do much with them.

Janet I have done the school run for the past 3 yrs. Only for my wonderful husband I would say "No Thanks". I am 70, retired 5 yrs, intended to do this & that but " Events dear boy" intervened so here I am on my new career!

thanks for your reply. i am 51 and have not been able to work for the last 9 years. i enjoy being in the company of my 2 grand daughters
they keep me young at heart. i have 5 grandchildren 2 live on Air Force base RAF Honnington which is a 5 hour trip, and my youngets grandson lives in Dundee. they visit every other month. find it hard as i can only keep in touch with others via face book/telephone. if i did not have all these health problems i could go and see them and maybe stay the week end,
