Not getting email content!!

I'm getting emails from this site as normal but when I open the emails only I in 10 actually opens with the content, the other 10 open, but there's no content! Is this happening to anyone else and how do I get the techies to look at the problem! This is since the new change came in! Thanks😊

I have the same problem. My internet speed/connection is fine for other emails.

Hi Susanne, As per my reply to Mrs_Hobbles if you have any emails with no content can you forward them to ps.webmaster@patient.info please so we can investigate. Regards, Alan
