does getting genital herpes hurt? ive been feeling this tingly/uncomfortable feeling but im in pain and its been a week and a day since i started feeling the tingling

when the sores come i found it extremely painful and i have both hsv 1 and hsv 2. I dont think 1 hurt as much

it all depends on how quick your sores appear. until the sores are there its not usually painful. Mine goes through stages so tingling then can be irritating and itchy down there then just pain. There is some cream that you can get for it to help
