Hello ladies, I am 46, and have been in perimenopause for about 11 years now. Since October of 2018, I have been skipping periods. They were coming every two months. Now since last October I haven't had any periods just brown spotting. I had an ultrasound done last month on the 21st. I go back for my results on Saturday. This is the longest I've gone without a period. My question is this, is the brown spotting a normal occurrence after you stop seeing periods? I've had the spotting in between periods before but this has been going on for a few weeks.
hi there they to be sure normally need to go 12 months without a period .i went 7 months with out and it came back but you never know you may not have another period i would just keep an eye out to see what happens good luck
