There are lots of things this could be, such as a natural growth that has appeared. If the sex you had is quite some time ago it unlikely to be related to that, unless this appeared within a few days of your last sex with the Girl.
Is the lump hard, or can you easily press it into the main body of your penis - and when you do, does the entire bump surface immediately you let go, or take a second or two to look as it does now … ?
