Not sure if it’s herpes or infected wound

Had unprotected sex with my boyfriend of five months. We never use a condom. He did perform oral sex on me for the first time in a while but didnt have cold sores present. i havent had any symptoms associated with a first herpes outbreak. Sex was a little rough as i was not very wet and it hurt.

this is what it looked like when i first noticed the pain. It has only hurt to touch. Not noticeable when i do not touch. I never saw it as a bump/cluster
