not sure if my boyfriend is cheating on me. developed this and not sure if it’s razor burn, ingrown hair I hes given me something. the white is cream

It is really hard to tell from your pictures the lighting is not great and they are a little to far away. It could be that he gave you something but herpes can lay dormant for years it’s not typical but possible.

You are welcome I can’t see if it is a bump or sore if it’s a sore get it swabbed before it’s gone.

It doesn’t appear to be a ulcer just a bump how long has it been there? If it had a clear center filled with liquid I would be inclined to say yes herpes but it doesn’t look like it. Also the chances of having a outbreak with one sore is not practical.

You are very welcome if it does change and become a ulcer and you see more get it swabbed its the best way to tell what it is.

The one in the left on the picture looks like it wants to be but since you have recently shaved or waxed it could be folliculitis.
