I haven't had sex with anyone since meeting my soon to be boyfriend of 8 months. Not generally concerned about STDs. I'm more concerned it's a cyst, although I have always had reoccurring pimples there since I was pretty young (10) or so. Anyways, the rest down there looks fine and I don't have any symptoms. This possible cyst also hurts sometimes when I touch it. Even when it does, it's only initial shock. Any info helps. Thanks!

Judging by the image, it doesn’t appear to be a cyst. But if it hurts or causes you intense pain, you most definitely need to seek treatment. What’s your current status on it?
