Not sure if this is from UV light exposure or gel nail polish?

ive had nail fungus before but im not sure what this is, i did my nails with gel a few days ago and i was itchy around my cuticles, im not sure if the redness in the inside of my nail is from UV light exposure or gel nail polish?
