I’m not quite sure which bits you want us to comment on. Maybe circle the area in question and describe what your concerns are?

One of the commonest concerns on this forum are to do with lumps and bumps that may or may not be genital warts.

So can I ask if you’ve been vaccinated with Gardasil?

Yes i had 3 HPV jabs when they first came out about 10 years ago.
and id say this is what i’m questioning, the opening seems lumpy, may i add they aren’t hard lumps.

So I’m guessing you’re in your mid-20s and due your first smear?
The lumps you’ve circled look like fleshy genital/vaginal mucosa.
They’re quite normal and I wouldn’t worry about them.

Warts would be an unlikely explanation in view of your vaccination history.
