Ive never had any sexual contact, i have mouth herpes since birth, and ive always had tiny bumps at the base of hair on my balls, nothing has ever itched in my genital region or hurt so i was never concerned, recently a larger wart looking pimplish thing has shown up that hasnt gone away for weeks, its quite bigger than the other bumps and now im really concerned i have genital herpes
