been having unprotected sex recently and my partner does not have any STD’s. Recently got tested for both and we can back negative. Base of penis head as been raw and these bumps started to appear. not sure what they are from. Have also had tiny red dots surround penis head for over a month.
bumps do not hurt at all as a side note
