Looks like an open wound from a cut. I am hoping it is just irritated skin on my buttocks crack. . Just noticed 3 days ago. It is the only one and did not have any bumps or sores. It does sting a little but it does not hurt but a little itchy at times. I am really concerned that it might be Herpes before the healing stage. I get tested often because I was diagnosed 10 years ago with GH but ever since all my blood test come back negative so I think it was a false positive test. My last blood test was 6 months ago and it was negative. I havent had any new partners since !
