Im not sure what this is but i just notice it today… ive been on vacation for 2 weeks so i have been in a swimsuit for 7 hours everyday… could it be for that? Please help!!!

I don’t see anything alarming. the texture looks like fordyce spots. how did you find the spots? irritation? itchy? burning?
