It is just below the head of the penis, next to the frenulum (i think you call it?). sometimes it hurts when theres pressure on it. I had unprotected oral sex around a month and two weeks ago. I had to zoom in because the spot is really small, and stands out a bit better if I stretch the skin out a bit
