I have had these acne like pimples on my scrotum for a while now (1 year+) but didnt think anything of it and when i pop one its a white string of pus that comes out, is this normal for a 20 year old male? What is it? Can i get rid of the pimples?
Hi, it looks like Molluscum Contagiosum. It’s a virus and it’s contagious by skin to skin contact. They can take up to 18 months to disappear but can be removed by your doctor.
Popping them will just help them spread.
