I haven't had a sexual partner in well over a year. I first noticed these after shaving a couple weeks ago and they do not hurt or itch or anything like that. The area shown in the picture is at the base of the penis shaft. They are not increasing in size at all but I'm not sure if they are going away or not since they are very difficult to see with the naked eye. They are about half the size of a ballpoint pen tip. Any ideas?
Unfortunately it is difficult to determine what they are exactly - this may be a case where there is a simple explanation for them, but the only way to be 100% sure is to get them visually checked by a medical professional, and if need be, get tested as well.
