I've noticed a few small inflamed bumps on the head of my penis. I'm 30% sure I've noticed these before and either forgot about them or they went away (before experiencing any sexual activity), but I received oral sex two days ago after months of inactivity and am freaking out.
It's a few days before I can visit a sexual health clinic to know for sure, but I feel like throwing up and want to know if I should be worried about incurable stuff like herpes.
I've uploaded a few photos, all the spots are a slightly different shade of red than my penis head (which sadly was hard to capture).
Additionally, I masturbate 3-6 times a day on average.
