The colour of one’s semen is not a very reliable indicator of infection; the best test to assess if you’ve got chlamydia or gonorrhoea is a first-catch urine specimen. If you live in the UK, you can order the kit online (Google NHS STD test kit).
Semen colour can be affected by a number of factors including diet, dietary supplements and food dyes, hydration, infection, sexual activity, drugs and vitamins (urinary excretion of byproducts), prostatitis etc.
