i just noticed this but looking at other pic's i want to say ive had them for a while just never noticed could this be herpes? bumps have not grown or busted and do not itch or burn wondering if i should be worried?

bumps got smaller over night no blood or pus and now you cant even see them. could they have been some kind of blocked tissue from the fold
of skin?
