I have noticed a weird structure around my vaginal opening 2 months ago for the first time.
I’ve never paid attention to the appearance of that area so I’m not sure if it was always there but I think it wasn’t like this. I don’t feel any pain, dryness, or sourness. It is itchy very little only sometimes and I sometimes have a creamy discharge with no odor.
Please can anyone tell what It might be?
Looks quite normal. Vulvas and vaginas come in all sorts of appearances. This looks like the remains of your hymen which has formed some skin tags.

Mine looks the same after a yeast infection. After showing my doctor, she said she had no idea and that it could just been normal anatomy. She did however, prescribe Kenacomb ointment which clears skin and bacterial infections. I’ve been using it for a few days with no changes. Waiting for a follow up appointment.
i still have a lot of irritation and discomfort.
