Hi hippies.

I have just realised that one side of my leg next to my wound where I was cut open has feeling. The other side has no feeling. Is this normal or will I stay like this? I had my THR just over 2 weeks ago and got the dressing taken off yesterday.

Seems to be pretty normal. Mine scar is still like that at 11 weeks, although the area with less feeling has reduced.

I have the same issue. It is numb along the scar on one side. 6 months post op on my right side and it seems to have gotten better, 6 weeks post op on my left side and its still numb.

Mind is exactly the same , completely numb one side . I'm assuming it may or may not come back 🤔 .
