since a week..I had numbness on the left side of my body from head to teo..I went to the doctor..he told me that its anxiety and I take drugs for it..but the next day...the numbness started in the right hand!!..
now its on my left side of the body and in my right hand..
I have migraine in the left side of my head..
I really dont know but I am sure that its not anxiety...I take every thing for numbness (calcium-vit b complex-folic acid-omega 3!!) but I still have numbness and it turned to pain in my left arm..palpitations and migraines!!
Not to make light of it, but is there something in the water you Brits are drinking? A lot of numbness going on over there. I got on this blog because of a brain. aneurysm and Sarra, I have been getting numbness too in hands periodically and my left thigh. Don't know what to make out of it but seems minor to me. Your's sounds a bit more serious. Go to the Doctor.

Think there must be something on the water ! I've had numbness in the left foot for about 18 months. I've since been diagnosed with dystonia but the Neuro doesn't know why my foot is numb.
I had nerve conduction tests which didn't give a reason either, must be a new condition - numb foot syndrome Ha. I also have had migraine for about 25 years affecting the left side of head, no cure for that either !!!
Its worrying I know but would suggest you go back to GP and ask for a referral to neurology to get some investigations, it's not normal that's for sure,

Please ask for vitamin b12 test. Neurological b12 deficiency causes these symptoms.
