hi, i posted a few times on here about symptoms i get, head numbness, eye strain, ect... but i havent really heard much back about the arm numbness i have experienced, i sometimes have a numbness in my right arm, it also affects my hand abit, but when i distract myself it seems to go away? has anyone ever experienced this? reason for posting is because the responses i had on my previous posts have really helped me!
Hi Yes I can suffer from numbness every so often… especially when falling asleep and wing with a start and a numb arm..
Eye strain can be fixed if you install a program called f . lux without the spaces. This will turn the blue light into a more calmer colour that won’t have an impact on your eyes. I always have it on lowest and since I’ve been using it(over 6 years) I’ve never experienced that gritty strain I used to have, even after long hours of sitting behind my pc.
yes yes I experienced this from time to time it’s kind of funny how you post this and I actually slept on my arm wrong last night and woke up with the whole left side of my face all the way down to my left hand in my left foot were numb and tingly and I freaked out so bad I actually did go to the ER thinking that I had a stroke and all in all I was okay and the ER doctor actually told me that a migraine can actually give off the same symptoms as a stroke so it could just be migraines. what I’ve noticed helps me is buying a wrist braces and that I sleep with that night they work Wonderful you can buy them fairly cheap at a drugstore.
