My old ARNP left and my new one can't count. Scary. She sent in a 90 day script for a pill I take 2 x's a day, but she only asked for a count of that would last 45 days. Duh. Then she arbitrarily decided to cut one of my scripts in half from 2 capsules per day to one per day which I discovered from my mail service prescription svc. They told me my script was 90 pills short so I checked my patient portal and she'd remarked that she was reducing my dosage without discussing it with me. It's a very strong iron script but without it I'm extremely anemic. It took a lot of trial and error to figure out this combination and it works perfectly. I am going to have to fire her. She's obviously incompetent.
