O2 questuon

I have a o2 hr finger reader. A few times a day I check my stats due to a prior pe and being a BB. I noticed my o2 fluctuate between 94 and 100. Is that to low or to much fluctuation?

95 to 100 is the normal range but  it wouldnt be considered low until below 90.     You sound fine.

Don't worry about it. That's just normal fluctuation.
